"Associate with Jira issue" button in Salesforce is no longer working - used to work

- We can not longer associate a Salesforce case to a Jira issue from Salesforce using the "Associate with Jira issue" button.

We are getting this system message: "There is no projects bound to this mapping." after clicking in the button. The endpoint URL is the expected one (reviewed several times)
https://xxxxx.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/customware/connector/issue/1/Case/associate.action?...

And the "Associate Issues" search field returns nothing.

In the other hand, the association from Jira to Salesforce works perfectly. From any Jira issue we can go to "More > Manage Appliaction Links" and search for the salesforce cases, and peform the association without any problem.

So the problem is only when trying to associate within Salesforce. We followed this instructions
https://docs.servicerocket.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=9175587
And it has been working OK until a we added a new mapping scheme a new Salesforce field for a new mapping.

Things we tried to get this working back again:

- Undo all the Jira changes (so keeping just the original mapping scheme)
- Create a new mapping scheme having same config and using it in the projects
- Review the Salesforce endpoint configuration (endpoint is the right one)
- Re-index Jira
- Clicking on the "Cant see the field you want to map? Click Here" link under Configure Mapping
- Contacting ServiceRocket support... to try again some of the workarounds above...

No way to have this working again.

What's that message means? "There is no projects bound to this mapping."

If we just have one only connection, mapping and mapping scheme... projects are configured and we're able to link issues from Jira to Salesforce... why the opposite is not working (from Salesforce to Jira)?

Thanks!
David
