We have a Confluence page with the add-page macro.
The add-page configuration is:
  • Name: Testseite
  • Link Text: Neue Seite auf Basis der Seite 'Page Template' anlegen
  • Source Type: Page Template
  • Source Type: page
  • Live Template:
  • Prefix:
  • Postfix:
  • Parent: @self
  • Labels:
  • Tip:
  • Allow Rename: enabled
When I want to create a new page via the add-page Button:
  • Editor is opening
  • But I can not save a new Page
  • only some times it created the page, in about 2 out of 8 tries
ERROR Message in Confluence: There was an error processing the request.

In Firebug I got this error message:
{"statusCode":400,"data":{"authorized":true,"valid":false,"errors":[{"message":{"args":[],"translation":"Could not publish content without content id"}}],"notSuccessful":true,"successful":false},"message":"Could not publish content without content id"}

We got the same problem with the add-page-form macro. In Confluence 5.9.12 with Linking 4.1.2 everything is fine. But after upgrading to Confluence 5.10.6 the macro doesn't work with Linking 4.1.2, 4.2.0 or 4.3.0.

Also when the above message appears, we don't get an error message in the log file

The problem still exists in Linking Plugin 4.3.0 and Confluence 5.10.8.

It works if you wait until the message "Draft saved" appears in the toolbar of the editor. This can take forever if you do not edit the page, but you can speed this up by editing something (even entering a space character) - Then it will save the draft a few seconds later.

Thanks for the helpful tip :)

Now the question is, is it an bug or a feature?
For me it is a bug :/

Who can resolve the bug?
Service Rocket or Atlassian?

I would assume Service Rocket, as it does not happen for normal pages.
