Auto Save drafts mode?

Does the Scaffolding add-on have an auto-save draft feature?

As an example, if I'm adding content to a text-data macro and my browser crashes or power goes out, is there anyway for me to retrieve the content that i was adding to the text-data macro before the power failure?

Thanks,

Dan

Hi Dan,

Currently, there is no auto-save draft feature on Scaffolding. You'll need to manually save your draft on the Edit Scaffolding page using the "Save Draft" button.

Thank you.

Hi Mervyn,

Which version of Scaffolding has the "Save Draft" button that you mentioned? I don't see it on the editor panel. Or are you referring to the regular "Save" or "Done" button that's used to save the page?

I'm using Scaffolding v. 7.2.3 and Confluence v. 5.8.17

Thanks,

Dan

Hi Dan,

The "Save Draft" function was implemented on Scaffolding 8.1.0. Please refer to the release notes on Atlassian Marketplace for more information.

Thank you.
