Custom "Create Jira Issue" Button

Hi,

The company I work for does not want to have the Salesforce component for creating Jira issues.

What they want is a simple button for creating an issue, after that each person will work on the platform he is supposed to (Jira or Salesforce).

We don't want the support team to view the issues from the component, and we are linking each case to one Jira.

What is the best way to achieve that?

Thanks,
Noam

Hey Kevin,

I would be happy if you can open a feature request on my behalf.
This is very important to us, we can not allow that much info to our Salesforce users.

Best,
Noam
