Is there any one who could link bulk JIRA issues with Salesforce records while migrating to Service rocket? I have having 10000 records which I will need to link to JIRA while go-live. Not able to find the solution
As stated before. Our Connector does not have such capability for a one-to-one relationship.
Its actually logically impossible since you would still need to map each JIRA Issue to a Salesforce Object even if there is an automation, unless you can come up with a formula on how to relate the sequence of Issues and Salesforce Objects.
Is there any way through which I can bulk populate the JIRA tickets with the relevant IDs of the Salesforce cases? I am having that data available. In which field I will need to populate the ID of case?
