Debug feature for reporting plugin

Hello from Austria!

I'm using confluence for many years and also using the scaffolding and reporting plugin for a long time. I love these extensions very much because you can do so many interesting things with it and build a better wiki system for the user :)

Especially the reporting plugin with all it's features is very powerful, but on the other side it is sometimes very tricky to get it running. In this cases it would be great to have some debug functions to get an idea what's going wrong - the try and error method takes a lot of time and beside this it doesn't help to fix the problems in some situation.

I'm thinking - for example - of a debug flag for the reporter macros; when set it will output all the resulting data in scaffolding XML format so you can see what's going on. That would make it much easier to see if a key chain or a filter is working as expected.
Alternative you can write this data to a separate log-file (not the atlassian-confluence.log; it's big enough yet) for detail analysis.

Maybe you have already some additional debug functionality for your internal testing; so please think about to bring it into the public. It would be a great help for all confluence admins dealing with your add-ons every day to get the most out of it.

Thanks for your great work & best regards from Austria
