Error when attempting to create a Jira ticket from inside a Salesforce case

Hi When attempting to create a Jira ticket froma Salesforce case I get the error you can see in the attached screenshot.

We've had the plugin for a few months and this functionality has only just stopped working.

Hello John,

It would be great if you could provide me with the following information:-
  • JIRA version and Connector version
  • Screenshot of the error (not diagnostic logs)
Please follow the steps as stated in this document as we suspect that your issue is caused by a malformed query.
 
If the issue still persist, please provide us with the debug log of the Connector at support@servicerocket.com. We need the debug log for the Connector in order for us to investigate further on this issue. (If you're using JIRA Cloud/On-demand, please send a request to Atlassian Support to enable and retrieve the log for the Connector):-
  1. Please enable the debug log for the Connector.
  2. Reproduce the issue.
  3. Generate a JIRA support ZIP.

After upgrading this morning the issue is resolved.
