Error when creating JIRA issue from Salesforce with Cloud Connector, showing all issue types

We would like to only create one JIRA issue type through SF. I mapped only that one issue type in the Bindings to the SF case object. When I try to create an issue from a SF case every JIRA issue type is in the Create JIRA issue dropdown and I receive two errors.

Failed to fetch metadata!
"Message"."No mapping exists between this JIRA issue type and Salesforce object!"."JIRA issue type [10000] is not mapped to Salesforce object [Case] for...

Hi Melissa,

Please try removing the Salesforce Package for Salesforce & JIRA Cloud Connector an reinstalling again.

make sure that you follow all the steps as described here.
