Exception occurred while updating issue: null

Error when pull changes the issue from Salesforce.

I got the error message "Exception occurred while updating issue: null" when I manage application link to pull changes the issue from Salesforce.
Any one can share with me what this error message means and how can I fix it?

I tested my Salesforce and Jira Connection is work.

JIRA version: 7.1.2
ServiceRocket Core Connector - Plugin 2.0.12
ServiceRocket JIRA Connector - Plugin also 2.0.12
ServiceRocket Salesforce.com Connector Plugin - Plugin 6.0.11

Hello Nicole,

We suspect that you are having an issue with the connection breaking.

Please provide us with the debug log of the Connector for us to further analyze your issue:-
  1. Enable the debug log for the Connector(choose DEBUG logging level) .
  2. Reproduce the issue. (try to create, synchronize and test the connection)
  3. Generate a JIRA support ZIP.
