Last week Create JIRA issue was working fine. Issue started From Saturday.

There was no change to REST Classes to Create or Update JIRA/sync classes.

We didn't do any mapping changes aswell.

============================================================

JIRA ticket is being created but the sync back is failing it seems.

Here are the Debug Logs

At JIRA Side:

Connections to jira prod look good... tested them just to make sure.  In the logs, UPDATES to tickets seem to be completing correctly, however FETCH requests are returning “0 Results returned” for everything.  The last FETCH in the logs that completed with results being returned happened at 2016-05-20 19:24:40.223   30 minutes later at timestamp 2016-05-20 20:01:41.713 there were 0 results and the log message is:

This is blocking our work and users and they are escalating the issue. Can somebody look at this on high priority please?

Thanks

Hi @aidin,

This issue got resolved now and everything is back to normal. There was no change with respective to SFDC code or SFDC Configuration.

Was there any fix from ServiceRocket side? Please keep us posted.

Thanks

Jagadish

Hi @aidin,

Can you please let us know? So that we are aware of what needs to be done if it happens again?

Thanks

Hi Jagadish,

There has been no fix from our side.

What we suspect is that sometimes plugin Cache tend to cause problems such as this.

There might have been a server restart on your JIRA server which cleared the plugin cache and resolved the issue.

Cheers,
Aidin
