How to: Having auto pull for custom fields to view more asset information from Salesforce

How can I have an "auto pull" feature that fills out fields based on a single mapped custom field.

For instance:
When I select the relevant Asset ID (mapped from Salesforce), I need other fields to be filled out, such as Revision number, Serial Number and so, in order for the JIRA users to solve an issue.
How is that possible?

We are using:
JIRA v7.1.7
ServiceRocket Core Connector - Plugin 2.0.16
ServiceRocket Connector Plugin - Plugin 6.0.15

I am having the same issue, in that i want to update other fields in the ticket, when you select one item such as the customer.

I am having trouble getting a straight answer from servicerocket, to what seems a pretty simple and straightforward question.
