JIRA Key is not updating automatically in SFDC when project key is changed in JIRA.

When project key is changed in the JIRA, the JIRA key should be changed in SFDC

As i am attaching snapshots for both JIRA issue and SFDC case. The current behavior is that, If JIRA project key is changed in the JIRA it is not updated in the SFDC, in SFDC it is showing old JIRA project key.

Hello Fahad,

Thank you for your screenshots.

The JIRA Key field cannot be auto-pushed to Salesforce. To update the Salesforce JIRA Key field, you can either do a manual push or by doing a bulk push by referring to this document.
