Linking plugin and the ServiceRocket Util Library

I just updated the linking plugin and now it won't enable. I did notice that on our staging server we didn't have the ServiceRocket Util Library installed, where on production we do. How do I get this installed on the server? I can't find it anywhere and I see that it is a dependency on this page:

Thanks,
Lisa

Hello Lisa,

Can you share with us your Confluence version and Linking version you're trying to update? Are you using other ServiceRocket plugins as well e.g. Scaffolding, Reporting?

Thanks&Regards,
Ziana

Hi,

We are on Confluence 5.9.4. I updated the Linking plugin to the latest version (4.0.8). Yes, we are using the Composition plugin as well.

Thanks,
Lisa

Hello Lisa,

From the link you're referring to, you should see ServiceRocket Util Library in table of Modern Versions section. From there, you can see Linking 4.0.0++ have this library included.

Back to Linking plugin issue, is it still not disabled state? If yes, kindly please provide us below details for our investigation:

- your Confluence's System Information (Confluence Admin page > System Information); kindly please send it in .html or .pdf format for readable view
- the full plugin Audit Log for the last 60 days
- your atlassian-confluence.log files when you update or trying to enable the plugin; the files is located in your Confluence's home/data directory, under "logs" folder

For privacy/confidentiality, kindly please email the details to our help desk at supportATservicerocket.com

Thanks&Regards,
Ziana
