My Jira create button disappeared and I don't know how it happened or how to fix it.

My Jira create button disappeared  for some users and it won't come back. I'm not sure how it disappeared and how do i get it back? It has happened to a few users and it came back on it's own but of course that's not the best practice for this instance.

The problem reported by Jeremy here is for JIRA Cloud.

My company went live yesterday on this connector and our bad luck is the primary people that have to use the "Create Jira Issue" button have this issue where the button does not display, so we are stalled out awaiting a solution to this issue, can someone in Support please reply here?

I uninstalled the package in Salesforce and deleted the connection in Jira and reinstalled and now everything seems to be working.
