I'm looking to do some reporting on our case mgmt.  Can anyone tell me how to create a report in salesforce that identifies the number of cases closed that are linked to a JIRA issue?

Hello Robert,

Thank you for the information.

This feature is not supported at the moment. We, however, have a feature request for this and have already up-voted it on your behalf. The implementation of this feature is fully dependent on feasibility and market demand.

Regards,
Adrien

Hi Robert,

As a workaround, you need to synchronise the JIRA status to SF Case field.
Then you can proceed to do a normal Case Report by filtering that synchronised field in SF.

Hope this will help.

Thanks
