Receiving "This reporter cannot be used in this context." for Salesforce Reporter Macro

We just installed Salesforce Confluence Connector and Servicerocket Reporting Plugins today and tried to use the Salesforce Reporter to build a report in Confluence. The 'Salesforce Account' and 'Salesforce Contact' macros were working fine, but 'Salesforce Reporter' did not work.

Steps to see the problem:
Add Report Table Macro > Add Salesforce Reporter Macro within the Report Table macro > Enter Account in Object field > Enter Name=like:test in condition field > Preview

It displays "This reporter cannot be used in this context."  It displays 'Error occurred while rendering report: null' when the page is saved.

Confluence version: 5.8.8
Reporting Addon version: 6.5.1
