Salesforce fields not showing up in JIRA to map to

I set up 3 new fields in my salesforce sandbox (a regular Text type field of 255 characters, and 2 fields of type Long Text Area (32K characters).

When I go into JIRA to create 3 new fields in JIRA that correspond to these fields, and try to map them to their corresponding field in SFDC, I don't see the new SFDC fields show up in the dropdown list of case fields.  All the other old case fields show up but not these new ones.

The field level security on all 3 fields in SFDC is visible to ALL profiles so that is not an issue.

Why would newly created fields in Salesforce not show up in JIRA in the list of available fields to map to?

I know this seems odd, but try opening a new tab and go through the process again. I've noticed that the ServiceRocket plugin likes to cache a lot of stuff in the browser. I have to do that everytime I want to edit the list of available fields.
