Server Connector: "Error! Salesforce authorization failed, contact your admin!" in JIRA issue page

I get a successful test connection and am able to map fields between my SF Case and selected JIRA Project. I can associate a ticket from within Salesforce without trouble (searched for the ticket and came right up), but when I go over to the JIRA issue page, I get the error: "Error! Salesforce authorization failed, contact your admin!"

Why can I use configuration pages without trouble, but the actual issue/user screen cannot connect?

Hello David,

It would be great if you could provide me with the following information:-
  • JIRA version and Connector version
  • Screenshot of the issue you are experiencing
  • Steps you took to re-create the issue

Any news on this? After ServiceRocket suggested we uninstall and reinstall the package, we are faced with the same issue. Jira Cloud and Connector is latest, 2.2. Screenshot attached. Lastly, the steps to recreate the error is to associate a case to an existing Issue, then try to push or pull via links in the VF snippet.
