SFDC mapped field doesn't populate in Jira

We're using Connector for SFDC & JIRA Server solution, and have an issue. After create a Jira issue from within the SalesForce Opportunity, having over 20 SalesForce fields mapped to send information to Jira, doesn't get populate all fields after the create the application link. 
Is there any problem them most of the field were disappear and how can I fix it. Thank you.

Hi Nicole,

Can you please provide us with the following information?

  • Your JIRA and Connector version.
  • JIRA -> Add-ons -> Left panel under Cloud Connectors, click Mappings -> Your Mappings -> Configure -> Full screenshot
  • Field types of both the JIRA and Salesforce fields that you have configured in your Mappings.

ServiceRocket Core Connector - Plugin 2.0.16
ServiceRocket JIRA Connector - Plugin 2.0.16
ServiceRocket Salesforce.com Connector Plugin - Plugin 6.0.15

Hi Kevin,
Any update for my issue, our user keep complain those data can't pull from SFDC, and I have no idea for what happening on it. Thank you.

Meanwhile, can you please provide us with the following information?
  • Field types of both the JIRA and Salesforce fields that you have configured in your Mappings?
  • Which fields are unable to populate in JIRA?
