We have over 20 multi picklist field in SFDC that mapped within JIRA, but JIRA could only shows the first answer that picked, means if I picked 2 or more answer in SFDC, JIRA can only popular the first answer, the second and the next will disappear.

Here is the field in SFDC.

Here is the field in JIRA, missing "DNS Protection"

The custom field type is "Text - multi line" in JIRA when I create those custom field, would someone let me know how to popular all answer that pull from SFDC, thank you.

Hi Nicole,

This is currently not compatible at the moment.

Alternatively, you can create Remote Object Link in JIRA as custom field.
Here is the steps:
  1. Follow this documentation to add Remote object link in JIRA.
  2. In above documentation Step #10, add a display template to display the field you want to. eg.
    $fields.fieldName or API_Name

  3. Go to JIRA -> Add-ons -> Left panel under *Cloud Connectors*, click Mappings -> Your Mappings -> Configure map your created remote object links to Case ID for JIRA Inbound only.
  4. Go to Manage Application link to pull the changes from Salesforce.
Here is some screenshots you can refer to:
My example is to display a Salesforce multi picklist called JIRA component.

Map Case ID to the remote object link for JIRA Inbound in Mapping.

My remote object link popular all the component that pull from SFDC.

Hope above information will help you. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Regards,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

Sorry that I have 1 more question, all the field mapped and populate in JIRA, which looks good but if the field is blank in SFDC, then JIRA will shows the "$fields.fieldName or API_Name", could we just leave it as blank or do you have any suggestion on this, as our User says it looks so strange for them, thank you.

Hi Nicole,

You can edit  your display template like following example:
#if($fields.fieldName or API_Name)
$fields.fieldName or API_Name
#else
Nothing
#end
This will display "Nothing"  in the JIRA field if don't have value in the Salesforce

If you want display empty in JIRA field when value is null, you can use following template:

#if($fields.fieldName or API_Name)
$fields.fieldName or API_Name #end

Kevin
