The specified system "zendesk" is current unavailable

Hello,

I'm working with Jira Cloud
I also use Zendesk
I had a connection bewteen Jira and Zendesk

Since several months, the connection broke.
It think that it's related to the migration from Jira to Jira Software around septembre 2015.

Until now, it wasn't really a problem but now I really need to put back the connection
  • I've uninstalled and reinstalled "Zendesk for Jira" (v1.0.9)
  • I've established the connection between Zendesk and JIRA
But in the "Could Connectors/Connections" of Jira, I've an error "The specified system "zendesk" is current unavailable"



Could you help me?

Can you please take a screenshot of the installed Zendesk Connector form your JIRA > Manage Add-ons ?

As we know that Connector for Zendesk and JIRA has been removed by Atlassian from JIRA Cloud.

If you’re using Connector for Zendesk and JIRA developed by ServiceRocket, please migrate the data to the Connect version that is developed by Zendesk.

Connector for Zendesk and JIRA actually has a Connect version available that is developed by Zendesk. For assistance migrating data from our Connector to their add-on, contact Zendesk support. They are familiar with this and can help.

Pease approached Zendesk support for assistant if you have any issue regarding the the “Zendesk for JIRA” plugin.
