Unlink Jira issue from a SalesForce case - clear custom fields in SalesForce

Hello, 

A question regards the Salesforce & JIRA Cloud Connector solution. 
We setup the solution that after the Jira issue is 'associated' with a SalesForce case, a hidden field is set (named 'Jira Status', which maps the Jira Status, used in further SalesForce customization/ automation).
I was wondering if it is possible to somehow clear the Custom Fields in SalesForce, after a Support Representative 'unlink's the Jira issue in the case.

Hi Ido,

This is not possible via the Connector but it might be possible via some workflow triggers in Salesforce so when the condition A happens, results in B status.

You might need to explore more on this on Salesforce community.

Hi Aidin, 

I wan wondering if you might have a lead in understanding how to configure the suggested Workflow in SalesForce. 
If I understand the solution correctly, the managed package has no exposed custom fields, to which I can 'listen' in order to trigger a workflow which will clear my desired custom fields.
