We are getting an error rendering the page approval macro

We are getting the following error on our page when we add the pageapproval macro in.
"Error rendering macro 'pageapproval' : Can't add a user who does not have edit permission"
We have verified that the users and acknowledgers are able to edit the permissions of the page, in fact they are all admins of the space.  Is there something that we can look at to help us resolve this issue?

Hi Fe Georges,

Can you confirm that the users that you add to the approvers list have edit permission ?

Thank you.

Suresh

Hi Suresh,

Sure.  We're using Page Approval version 4.1.1 and Confluence 5.5.3

Thanks,
Fe

Hi Fe,

As of now, we are unable to replicate this issue.

To further instigate this issue, can you please share with us screenshot of the Space permission you have set for the users and screenshot of the edit Page Appoval macro window where users are added into the Approver list.

Thank you.

Regards,
Suresh

Hi Suresh,

Here is the page approval macro settings. Note that only these 4 people are listed.

Here's the space permissions.  All four individuals have admin privileges.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Fe,

We were unable to replicate this issue.

However, can you please confirm if the users added to the approver's list are active ?

From our findings, any inactive / disabled / removed added to the approver's list will encounter such an error.

Thank you.

Regards,
Suresh

Hi Suresh,
Sorry for the late reply, I didn't see that there was a response.  Yes, they are active.
