SF cases that associate to a JIRA issue with 13 or more issues do not show any associations in the SF case although there is a success pop up message.

Hello Michelle,

A fix has been released to address this issue.

To see the changes, you would need to:-
  1. Proceed to a JIRA Issue with 14 or more associations to Salesforce Objects
  2. Click on any one association to display additional configurations
  3. Click on *Unlink*
  4. Re-associate the JIRA issue to the unlinked Salesforce Object

Please note that you would only need to unlink and re-associate one existing association in your JIRA Issue.

After you have done the above steps, the JIRA Issue with 14 or more associations should now show in your Salesforce Visualforce page.

Regards,
Adrien

Thanks Adrien,

Just to confirm, existing associations have to be re-associated on a case by case basis? (we have thousands). Going forward new associations should display additional associations?

You would not need to un-link and re-associate every associations in your JIRA issue. You would only need to un-link and re-associate one association for each JIRA Issue.

New associations should display without any issues.

Adrien
