WE get this error message "The license could not be verified: License Certificate has expired!" Page Approval Plugin

PreSonus has the page approval plugin but we get this error message when trying to use it: "The license could not be verified: License Certificate has expired!"

Hello Laura,

Are you installing the license according to our guidelines? If so, on which step you have encountered any issues? It would be great if you could provide us screenshot of the error for our review.

Mervyn, we are seeing the same error with the Page Approval plugin. The error shows up everywhere the macro is placed in the Confluence Page. We support a behind the firewall system. The PA plugin is the only plugin from ServiceRocket that we have installed. I upgraded to the latest version and the error still persists. Following the guidelines / FAQ, the rest point that has the admin license page says that "There is currently no license installed". It is a free plugin, so this behavior is expected. Do we have to go through Service Rocket and generate a free license file for the plugin?

Hi James,

Yes, you'd need to go through the ServiceRocket Marketplace to generate a free license file for the Page Approval add-on as per stated on the documentation.
